Metropolitan Environmental Services, Inc. is a part of the nationwide network of the Carylon Corporation, an organization with over 61 years of experience in the environmental and industrial service industries. Carylon is made up of 16 companies which provide environmental, industrial and pipeline cleaning in addition to sludge dewatering, waste water treatment, plant closure and emergency response services. Along with Carylon’s qualifications and experience comes a guarantee, which is unmatched in the industry: You must be satisfied, or you pay absolutely nothing!

Metropolitan Environmental Services, Inc. which is located in Hilliard, Ohio offers an extensive line of equipment and an experienced team of professionals to service your needs. Our Environmental Division is staffed by Project Managers, Environmental Specialists, Field Supervisors and Technicians who have completed OSHA 1910.120 40 Hour Hazardous Waste Site Operations training along with Carylon’s thorough safety training package. Many have also completed additional professional certifications such as Certified UST Remover, Hazardous Materials Sampling and Confined Space Entry programs. In addition to class room instruction, Metropolitan Environmental Services, Inc. provides its employees the opportunity to apply this knowledge in a variety of situations through a hands on, “on the job training” instructional phase. This experience allows our employees to function efficiently and effectively in meeting our client’s project needs, while ensuring that Metropolitan Environmental Services, Inc. will live up to the Carylon guarantee.

Field supervisors have a direct reporting line to our Vice President's whose job is to insure that we execute all our jobs as planned, that we are forward looking into new technology, and that we circulate and discuss proven technology to other groups within Metropolitan.

Leaders in quality control and accountability
We emphasize and focus on local accountability. Direct weekly and monthly meetings between Metropolitan senior management and our customers allow for dialog and performance feedback. In addition, our managers have daily contact with each of their Account Managers/Supervisors to discuss their progress on initiatives and resource needs.

*The Pipeline Assessment and Certification Program (PACP) was jointly developed by NASSCO and the Water Research Centre (WRC) to create a national standard for the coding and grading of pipe and manhole defects in sewer systems, and the certification of individuals for the PAC Program application.
